The shadow smoke swirled around Devyn’s shadow beast form, the form that scared so many but never Devyn herself. The only part of this form that she feared was when she lost control, when the parts of her that made her still Devyn just slipped away and she just became more of an animal. A beast that relied more on instinct then thinking and feeling. Devyn didn’t want to feel anymore, didn’t want to think anymore, and didn’t want to live anymore. It might have been seen as a bit dramatic to others but they did not have to deal with the dark whispers that came along with Devyn’s power. The whispers that talked down to her, put in self-doubt, told her what she really should be doing to avoid feeling anymore pain anymore nonsense of this notion of just trying to be a normal teenager out for some fun.
Normally she could fight past the whisper, but she had been in this form to long already. Hours now, hours since she and Zoe had a talk and how everything Devyn had planned didn’t even get a chance to come into play because it was over. Devyn would not believe that, she was just taking this all as some bad dream that she knew deep down was real but she didn’t want to accept it. How many times had she tried only for this same result to happen to her over and over? What was the point of feeling or even loving if every time you did the other person no longer wanted you? Shoved you away, didn’t give you a chance, and basically said that you were not good enough. Devyn’s room was thankfully still in tack, her window, not so much since she broke through it and landed outside still in her beast form.
She was done hurting and feeling said and now it was time to get rid of this pain. To hurt someone; everyone, all of them. Why she ended up in the library she did not really know but that was the window she came crashing though, knocking over a few desk and chair. Certainly scaring away any students who were not really equipped to defend or attack Devyn. Plus who really wanted to go up against something that looked like Devyn did at the moment. Her two tail's knocking over a few chairs as she let out a growl, moving to go knock over a book shelf. The library staff by now more then likely already alerting the security staff and those who suppress Devyn’s power. Her shadow smoke swirling around her and repeating the same word.
