Cyril was out in the pastures with his cat, trying to figure out why he saw it raining out there when there were not really any rain clouds in the sky. On closer expectation he saw that one of his sprinklers was going like haywire. Normally he left it to the natural weather to take care of the grass but when it got to these hot summers he felt the need to help the grass out a little. His good intuition typically went over well, but with the broken sprinkler it was just becoming a mess. Likely a horse stepped on it by accident or something happened that because it to now be spraying water in which every direction and sending water flying. "Alright. Game face. This is wa-hey! Where are you going?" Cyril was talking to his cat as he rolled up his sleeves. Prepping to get ready to 'attack' this problem and was expecting some backup from his cat.
Not like actual backup but the whole being there support. His cat however had other ideas and once she had been hit with a little bit of the water she was already dashing off and away. "You bloody traitor!" Cyril yelled out in a heavy British accent that he was born and stuck with for the rest of his days. No complaints there. He moved quickly then, having already turned off the electric fence and moved the horses so they would not be involved in this little incident. He moved quick, diving into the now sort of small mud puddle that had been forming. Missing and getting covered in mud. Pouting her removed his shirt and fixed his fingerless gloves, not caring as much that they would get dirty. He lunged again, this time managing to grab a hold of the sprinkler hose that was freaking out. He just needed to remove the sprinkler head and the water would flow normally.
Sure he could have just turned off the water, but where was the fun in doing things the smart and simple way? Plus that thought didn't occur to him until he had already grabbed a hold of the hose. The water firing off in one direction and hitting a girl that probably had been here to just check out the horses. Opps. He quickly removed the sprinkler head and gave the young girl an apologetic look. "I am so sorry." Cyril said, standing there, shirtless, and with some mud on his body. He could care less about his condition and more so of the girls. "Quick, to the stables. I have towels there and something you could change into." Cyril offered, already motioning off in the direction of the stables.
