Profile Update Form

Since a lot can happen in a short amount of time, be it major life events, graduation or something around the lines of your character changing the way they think or act, it's nice to have a way to edit this into the profile without actually have to edit the profile itself. You can use this form to add more history; What they've experienced and had happen to them over their time here at the school/site in general. Keep in mind that this is mostly to make it easier for others to understand your character and to make it easier to keep control of who needs their usergroups changed, and stuff in the spreadsheet to be altered as well.

Remember to let a staffer know if you plan on using the form, just so we know and can look it over. If you have any questions, you can reach either of the staffers through site PM or chatango. (You copy the coding and post it as a reply to your already made profile)


NAME: First, Middle, Last
NICKNAME: Does your character have any nicknames, anything they'd preferred to be called over their first name?
AGE: How old is your character?
ORIENTATION: Heterosexual, bisexual, homosexual, demisexual?
POSITION: What does your character do? Are they a student, a teacher, local?

POWER: Any changes with the power?


If you have an update for your character, like changing of user groups, a major life changing event, your character has had something significant happen to them that has perhaps changed the way they think, act, behave, etc, this is the form you use. It works the same way as the freeform does, so you can write it any way you see fit (Remember to follow the rules that have been set for the already established applications), which means that you can write it in any perspective and use any means possible to create your update, but remember that since this is a profile update over things that has happened, it needs to have happened to your character. You can of course add future dreams and the like, but don't make stuff up.
