Elsa sighed as she looked at the uncooperative computer. Normally she'd just use her laptop to do tasks like this. Said laptop currently sat in the hands of several tech oriented mutants, going through necessary upgrades to become a better, faster machine, more situated for her newer positions. That meant that Elsa had to deal with the school computers.
In truth, they weren't bad machines. Quite the contrary: the various teachers and such in charge of the computers were quite skilled in their use, and at least one had a mutation perfectly suited to dealing with technology. However, they did receive a fair amount of use and abuse. The one that Elsa was on had apparently been used for viewing pornography lately, and the idiot who'd used it prior had gone so far as to try and download stuff. Now Elsa was attempting to deal with getting rid of it
"Oh hell," she mumbled. She pushed away, using the wheeled chair to get a few feet, and began rubbing at her eyes. the machine started a stream of various pop-ups, none of which were fit for normal human eyes. Elsa sighed, looked up, rolled her eyes, and began looking around. There should be someone here who was capable of fixing this. There was generally some kind of computer nerd hanging about the lab, after all, or a student worker... someone.

While Marco wasn't the person that would spend his time indoors, this time he had to use the computer. For the first time in weeks he didn't forget to send his little sister a happy birthday email. Six years younger than him, but still she was very wise, and she worked as a nurse in the Hospital. While he thought every day about her, she grew up and slowly didn't need a big brother. She was just happy to have a job and a life, just like he had.
So there it was as he walked with his cane over the courtyard. Looking at the students and feeling the fresh wind blow around. It was a great day. Something he couldn't see that much. So there he was enjoying the moment outside, until he walked further. His cane ticking on the floor as he headed over to the Computer lab. Once arrived at the Computer Lab, he heard some weird noises. It didn't seem like the person on the computer knew what to do, and that person was also watching pornography.
Marco opened the door, as he looked to the student that was at the computer. It was a female student, something that surprised him. His eyes getting to her, and then to the computer. The computer full of Pop-ups. Marco didn't say anything, as he walked to the computer. His cane softly making noise on the stone floor. He clicked the few pop-ups away, and put a pop-up blocker on it. "I never thought a pretty girl like you would watch this." Marco said as he turned around on the chair to face the girl.

Really? A compliment and what Elsa really, really hoped was a joke made in poor taste? She removed her hands, looking at the screen first. "Yes, because clearly I enjoy watching barn animals copulate with farm girls. You have discovered my secret fetish," she said dryly, attempting to close that particular pop-up. She was rewarded with two more, which just had her flinging her hands into the air again, before turning to look at the guy.
He wasn't a student. He wasn't a faculty or staff member that Elsa immediately recognized, for that matter, and he appeared to be carrying... was that a cane? Why on earth would anyone carry a cane? Clearly it had something to do with his powers, or maybe he was attempting to make a strange fashion statement. Elsa shook her head, instead looking up at the man in question. "I needed to use a public computer because mine is being updated for my new position," she explained, keeping her voice flat. She gestured at the machine behind her. "This is someone else's doing. Someone with either no control or understanding of how the internet works or the world's strangest collection of fetishes."
A high pitched moan sounded from the machine behind her, followed by what sounded like a tinkling children's toy. Elsa could only sigh.

While Marco looked at her when she said a response dryly, he gave a smile. "well what can I say, this person loves animals that it can't stop them from all these pop-ups."Marco said. When she clicked the pop-up away, two more came and he looked at the screen and then to Elsa.
While he looked at Elsa, he could see in her eyes that she didn't recognize him. Something that most students didn't know. So he gave a smile to her as he hold his cane. "Let me introduce myself, I am Marco Rossi. I am the new groundskeeper."Marco said giving a smile to Elsa. He looked at her and then back to the computer as she started to talk about the pop-ups. "Well I would say this is the work of a student that has spare time trying to find the pleasure with animals."Marco said.
A moan was heard and suddenly a tinkling children's toy. It was a strange noise and he wanted to finish this. "Have you tried going through commands."He said. He got back to the computer as he started to open commandos. Filling in blocks and commands that would block away unwanted sites. He then restart the computer. "Lets hope this works."He said as he turned back to Elsa.

"I'm thinking less 'perverted bestiality fiend' and more 'idiot who doesn't realize that most porn is loaded with viruses,' personally," Elsa replied. A few more ads popped up in the time it took her to say that, and she was beginning to suspect that the best route to take would be to pick up a heavy object and use it to reduce the computer to whatever component parts remained. Then she could send said parts to someone with some talent for putting the stuff together.
Marco Rossi, groundskeeper. Elsa looked at him, figuring that he was probably one of the last hires that had gone almost completely through her grandfather, assuming that "new" meant "within the last month." She hardly believed that Erika would hire a groundskeeper without talking to her. Another loud moan sounded from the machine, and Elsa sighed, moving off her chair, heading to unplug the damn thing and go through with wheeling it to IT.
To her surprise then, the groundskeeper had an idea. Elsa moved out of his way, watching curiously as he pulled up command prompts. She more or less knew what he was doing, at least in the abstract, but she didn't want to mess with it herself. He seemed to be pulling up blocks and such, which might work. "Assuming it hasn't just wormed its way into the hardware," she said, looking to the machine. "I was figuring it would need a scrub," she paused for a moment, then looked back at the groundskeeper. "What kind of groundskeeper knows his computers? Shouldn't you be all salt of the earth, green thumb type?"

"Either way the person that did it, likes fooling around, but he won't really get far with it. It is something that should not be around here, that is for sure."Marco said as he saw the new pop-ups coming. They were getting dirtier and probably full of virus. Something that wasn't going to be good for the school system.
While it wasn't polite to ask her why she was looking at him. It was something different then he thought it would be. Maybe she didn't know who he was, but he knew who she was. He could see some remarks from the Grandfather that hired him. She was probably a grandchild of the Bellefonte line. He then looked at the screen as another loud moan was heard.
When he heard her talk about the hardware he gave a smile. "Well if we look at where the pop-ups are coming from and the source, there is a virus in the computer, but with these last few commands."Marco said as he typed a few more commands in the black screen. The moaning and pop-ups stopped as he gave a smile. "We got ourselves the virus."He said as he smiled. While he finished the computer he turned around to hear her words. "Oh but I am the salt of the earth green thumb guy."He said as he looked at her. "I just happen to know something about computers Miss."He said. "Something I had to do for Nonna."Marco once said again as he gave a smile to her.

"whoever did this was stupid enough that they'll do it again," replied Elsa, fighting the urge to roll her eyes. She supposed it was possible that whomever did this had done so out of spite, though that struck her as being relatively unlikely. This all smacked of a lack of foresight and planning, not to mention your run of the mill idiocy. She watched as the screen flicked through, the computer receiving more commands from Marco.
Go to the source, of course that made sense. Things stopped for the time being, the machine simply sitting still, which nearly made Elsa sigh with relief. Marco turned to her as the computer ran through some self checks, and she met his gaze easily enough. Green thumb who just happened to know something about computers? Convenient for Elsa, sure, so she certainly wasn't going to complain any about it. She still couldn't help but wonder if there wasn't r? something there. He mentioned a "Nonna"...
"Nonna," Elsa repeated, pursing her lips for a moment, "a grandmother, maybe?" She could scan his mind if she wanted, and she began skimming now, mostly out of routine. She smirked, raising a brow. "So you used to play around on your grandmother's computer? Well, clearly I don't have to worry about this machine, since it was placed in such expert, skillfully trained hands and all," she gestured at the machine before leaning back. It did seem to be at least recovering now, running through some cleaning programs and the like. Elsa was still tempted to just report the damn thing and move to another computer; wasn't' like they weren't surrounded by the machines.

"While that could be something to consider, it could also be a one time joke, a joke that soon gets boring, unless they are really interested into this kind of..... unhuman stuff."Marco said. He didn't had other words for it, but having something with animals and people. That was just something that went too far for him.
While they had eye contact something wasn't right as she looked at him when he said Nonna. Nonna was something Italian as he looked at her. "I am sorry, Nonna is something Italian. But in your words yes. It is considered as a Grandmother."He said as he gave a smile to her. His cane in his hands as he looked at her when she said the next few words. "Well no I don't consider it as "playing" around. It was more of trying to help her not get a virus."He said as he looked at her. "Either way miss, you can work on the computer again, it is recovering and the problem is fixed."He said.
While he wanted to write a letter to his sister, he had other stuff to do and this girl was probably going to not use the computer after all the fixing he did. While he wasn't a mind reader ,sometimes he could see stuff in peoples eyes, but he could be wrong this time. He grabbed his cane as he stood up. "Anything else that should be fixed miss?"He asked at her.

"I could see several of our students doing that," agreed Elsa. She sighed and looked at the computer. That sort of malicious humor, trolling she believed it was called, never sat well with Elsa. She wasn't above throwing cutting remarks here and there, but she wasn't much for ruining anything like this. It felt simple-minded and just plain cruel. Thankfully, Marco's comments about his grandmother drew Elsa's attentions away from the darker subject matter. Grandmother, not playing, helping her not get a virus. Elsa was tempted to pry again, but the computer did seem to be working.
"I still think I'll send it to IT to comb over," she said, raising. "Not that I don't trust your work," she flicked her eyes over to Marco as she said that, "but I'd rather be cautious and make certain that this problem stays on this computer," she moved to unhook it then, pulling plugs from the internet. It wasn't as if she wasn't sitting in a computer lab, ready to move to another at any time.
Marco asked Elsa a question, one that sounded very much like an employee addressing an employer, which was probably a more accurate assessment of where the two of them stood. "Why are you in here?" she asked, looking up at him, frowning slightly. "If you are a groundskeeper then you should probably be outside, keeping grounds, especially seeing as there's quite a bit of repair work to do." She raised her brows at that, and no, she wasn't offering him a thanks for repairing the computer, or at least seemingly having repaired the computer. after all, she probably would've ended up doing the same thing to it regardless of what he'd done.
