Blog Entry #3
Viva La Vista
Viva La Vista
It's no secret that teenagers keep secrets. Even adults keep secrets. Keeping secrets is a way to protect ourselves, to make ourselves seem better, more perfect and less flawed. But isn't flaws what makes us special and unique? Different? And who ever decided to call flaws out as something negative? Just because you're not good at math and can't run for five minutes without dying it doesn't mean you're any less from being perfect. No, if people could stop trying to hide their imperfections and rather, be proud of them, I honestly believe that people would stop getting so offended by my blog entries. Come on ladies and gentlemen, I only write about what I see and what I see is the truth. I am not bowing down to the fury might of the rich and settling down for being nothing more than a peasant under the rule of the loyals. I dare to speak up. I dare to speak the truth. Do you?
''The Bellefonte Academy is like something from Fitzgerald or Thackeray. Teenagers acting like adults. Adults acting like teenagers, guarding secrets, writing gossip all with the trappings of truly opulent wealth. And membership in this community is so elite, you can't even buy your way in. It was a birth right. A birthright I didn't have, and my greatest achievements would never earn me.
All I have to compare this world to is what I have read in books, but that gave me the idea. I wasn't born into this world - maybe I could write myself into it. I overheard enough conversations to be able to mimic the language of the Bellefonte girls, but every writer needs a muse and it wasn't until THE ICE QUEEN appeared that I knew I had something strong enough to actually create a legend and launch my own blog.
Within weeks, I was getting dozens of emails with stories about Bellefonte Academy, so I posted them anonymously, and then I got more. Before long, it was a monster- everyone was sending tips.
I was the outsider, the underdog. I might have been a joke, but at least people were talking about me.''
I assume this is something you guys expected. A confession, right? Well, wrong. I am not going to bend down to ample threats and give in. I never will. Not now, not ever. Want to know who I am? Too bad, I will not tell you. Not you, nor your queens. I am Dirty Laundry. Nothing less, nothing more.////////
The Bellefonte Academy has had a rise in activity lately. The Royal are playing catch with the Peasants and the rules are even. What is happening to the world? Our very own BELLEFONTE-PRINCESS is playing tags with a peasant? And not only that, this certain individual is even part of the school Staff, oh my. But to avoid any further dramatics, let's keep his name under the sheets, shall we Princess? No, I am far too curious as to exactly how our very own BELLEFONTE-PRINCESS is going to mess this one up. And how will MR. TACOBELL react? Unless he like everyone else is nothing more than a Golddigger. You never were too lucky about love, were you, Princess?
But that is not the main question, ladies and gentlemen. How will THE ICEQUEEN react when she realizes her Princess has run off with an older boy to get nice and cozy out in public? Unless, she didn't actually know! Whoopsie! My bad, ICE QUEEN, didn't mean to spill the beans!
Stay tuned.
You know you love me,
