Well, one thing for certain: this guy knows his way around, and in a cool way possible! Sure they haven't met before, but this guy was like meeting an old friend for the first; of course, depending on what this guy is controlling, he could be a first friend to him. Maybe. He hopes so. Jeremiah watch as Cash grin and hold the savoring sandwich, taking each bite like he never ate in years before, forcing the boy to return to his meal, chew down, and begin to blend the wonderful taste of cooked meat as he shallow. It's getting better, although the taste was making his stomach hurt badly.
The teen smile, giving a small nod for Cash's gesture to fix him a sandwich, even though the most common question was what he was doing before they ran to each other, but the thought suddenly skip his mind as he then stare back at his sandwich. Hearing the voice again, ocean blue eyes suddenly shoots up when a question was coming on. "Well, for a week now. So I'm still practically new here just gathering up my books and schedule for my new classes." He don't like to talk much about how he arrived, but he do like to know more about the academy. "So Cash, what is this school really is? One minute I was with my mom, then suddenly I'm here by two strange people forcing me here. They was being a dick about it!"

Cash Hunter definitely knew his way around. Around people, teachers, and everything else basically. He knew the right words and played the right cards. Life was a breeze for the speedster. It was fun being him and he was not looking to change it anytime soon. It was no wonder why some would be envious of him. What a narcissist but yeah.
"Damn, you're practically still a baby here!" he exclaimed before taking his last bite of the sandwich. Mmm yeah. His stomach was certainly satisfied now that it had its fill. Cash chuckled as he heard the story by the boy. It was not something he had never heard before, he knew there were cases when the recruitment did not go smoothly.
"Well, basically this is a mutant school. I'm sure you know you have powers, just like the rest of us here. That's why we're here really. To learn about that power in us. To explore the extent of it and to control it so it doesn't hurt anyone else you know?" Of course for the nineteen year old, he had never experienced where his power could hurt someone. But he had heard of others. Plus, it was something taught at the academy.
"I'm not saying they're not dicks, but that's usually the case if you put up a fight." He arched an eyebrow at Jeremiah, thinking that the reason he was forced into coming was because he was reluctant to go. "It's kind of the rule. They will drag you here kicking and screaming if you don't cooperate," he said, laughing. "I've got super speed. Pretty rad, yeah. Wanna share with me what you can do?"
