Well, that was abrupt. Lola knew she had probably hit a nerve. Laughing, she hoped the user figure it all out soon. The first step is always the hardest. She knew it because she too never wanted to admit that the neglect from her parents bothered her. But once she admitted it, she could address it. Baby steps, the anger flows out of her.
Or maybe the therapist just wanted to leave the conversation first this time around.
Oh well.
