Quinn didn’t mean to sound racist or anything by saying he didn’t remember she was born in Japan. Usually, when you said that, you expected to see a Japanese girl, with Asian traits. This was not really her case. Then again, the simple fact she was living here and speaking to him in English was enough for him to consider her American. Which she probably was, despite being born in Japan. Quinn shrugged it off though. It was not like her origin mattered much to him. She could have been a big black dude that... he’d wonder what a big black dude was doing around him, trying to hook him up with girls while discussing the legitimacy of King Arthur. But he was also thinking that of the small red-headed lesbian next to him right now so he supposed it was fine.
While Erin meant to get him a girl, Quinn believed she wanted him to get her a girl. Meaning he should be the wingman. This was such a terrible idea but Erin might not have anyone else more suitable for the job. That was kind of sad since Quinn could say that anyone was more suitable for the job. He didn’t get that she wanted him to get the girl. Which explained why they were fighting right now, most certainly confusing the ladies if not creeping them out a little bit. What kind of image were they given them? They probably thought they were together and hoping to get a threesome or something. Or were competing on which one would get the girl. In which case, they probably sucked and needed to change their flirting techniques.
She explained the situation to him though and Quinn just froze there for a moment. “Oh,” was the only thing that came out. He could argue why she thought he needed someone so bad and needed her help to get a girl but he was too busy repeating that oh again. “I thought you wanted her and I was the wingman,” he retorted when she brought that up. He dared looking at the group of girls. They must have blown it with them though at this point. “What do we do now?”
