Humphries gave the young man another long look as he insisted that he wasn't trying to offend. Well, tough: that was what was happening here. Humphries didn't see any point in belaboring the issue. Seiji clearly wasn't doing anything out of malice, but that didn't make Humphries feel any better about the situation.
"I have lost count," the cat said, flicking his tail. "I do not recall much of a life where I was not stuck in this feline body. Comes with being in it for so very long," Humphries replied, before looking at Seiji again. He watched the response, figuring that there would be some writing and there it was.
"Nothing beyond the normal aches and pains," Humphries replied. "Certainly nothing to get concern, or I would have endeavored to find treatment before now." It would not have been the first time either. Generally it involved simply finding a mutant healer, but there were other ways of doing it as well.

Seiji was quick to write down what Humphries responded. There were a few other questions on the paper, but most of them he filled in based off of the information that was already on the cat and he had memorized. He could not help but to be really curious about the cat because here was a mutant that was literally stuck in another form. It was Seiji's job to help people when they had that problem, but he could not help this one. This one didn’t want to be helped and was fine living their life in a form that they were not born with. It made him think of all the arguments people had of late about gender and what have you but his focused quickly went back to what he was doing.
"I see and I'm right that you don't ever want to go back to being a human? Not even a little bit?" Seiji asked as he made himself commutable. Since he was going to be asking mostly questions for the time being, he felt like he should have been at least a little bit comfortable. There was the next answer then, pretty much the basics. Seiji nodded at that as he was quick to write things down. He did hesitate for a moment to ask if Humphries really would come in for help if he was having a problem. The cat seemed too proud, which just made Seiji worry all there more that there could have bene something wrong and Humphries was just ignoring it.
"I see. Now...and sickness or disease that you are aware that you might have. From when you were a human or as a cat now...if you have had uh..." Seiji was blushing a little and feeling really weird. He needed to know for scientific reasons alone, but it was still odd to ask a cat who was a former human if he had ever had sex with a cat before. It was odd enough to ask people if they had sex with another person. "Have you ever had sex with a normal cat or fellow mutant feline shifter?" Seiji quickly asked, hoping up in the process and moving to check on the blood just to move away from the cat and not see the look he was likely to get.
