Erin didn't think the nodding was too eager or anything, but that might have been because when she was nervous she tended to do a lot of nodding. Zoe didn't really seem all that nervous; Erin would know because she would be even more nervous, so maybe she was just excited. That had to be the case. "Cools. I like to see Quinn's photos too so...like I know what makes a good photo. Sort of." Erin responded. She didn't know if she said it right, but she was just trying to say she looked at photos before so had an idea of what good photos looked like and what have you.

She worked on getting her laptop at any rate, and while it might have looked like Zoe's it was certainly not the same brand. While Erin did most of her gaming on her desktop, this laptop was still for gaming as well so would be a high powered and expensive computer. It was still possibly the school would provide something like that, but Erin doubted it. Erin froze for a moment when Zoe sat next to her, trying to not look over the girl and wonder how her skin would feel and if she was warmer then Zoe. She is taken and her power makes you feel nothing. Remember that. Erin reminded herself, but she still could not help but be a little curious.

"R-right, sorry. Just basics, yeah." Erin said, realizing that she might have gotten a bit ahead of herself there. Perhaps basic could even happen later, but she saw no problem in doing a little bit of them now. Just showing Zoe the programs and which ones she would be using, that would work. "Hmmm...I might have the right cord, but I'll just look on the screen...if you don't mind me leaning in a little bit more...into you...p-personal space." Erin responded as she was already blushing again just thinking about it. They were already sitting next to one another!

"Y-you first." Erin said as she sat her computer a little off to the side and waited for Zoe's okay before she would lean in to get a better look at the photos the other girl had taken.

Zoe nodded: she'd seen Quinn's work too. It wasn't quite the same as her own, obviously, though it may take a photographer's eye to actually notice the differences. Still, it was sort of uplifting to know that Quinn trusted someone enough to show them his photographs. Or that someone liked Quinn enough to seek him out and find them for themselves.

Erin's laptop looked fairly impressive too. Zoe might not know much about computers, but she could tell a high class machine. Erin agreed to her comment about the basics though, so hopefully Zoe wouldn't wind up in over her head. "Oh no, it's fine," Zoe insisted, shrugging, "just, ah, be careful. I do still paralyze people on contact," she gave Erin a slightly nervous smile at that. It seemed like Erin was already flushing though, which Zoe couldn't quite figure out. was it just nerves about being close to someone? Well, okay, that actually did makes some sense to Zoe. But she was as surprised as ever to find that someone found her intimidating.

"Right, certainly," Zoe said before tilting the screen slightly so that they could both look. "it really is just mostly shots of people moving in. I did get some people to pose for me," she nodded at one particular set of photos. There were a few dozen in a row of just a young man showing off his power for a young woman, smiling and looking quite pleased with himself as he started created colored lights in the air... until the last ones, where the lights started to go out of his control.
