Frank danced in what vaguely resembled time to the music that pumped throughout the outside of the school to encourage people during the Move-In festivities. She happened to be dressed in what she considered her official MIW uniform: cheerleader outfit with the buttons and baubles of literally every club helping out, as Frank happened to be a member of each and every club. At this exact moment, however, she also happened to have a camera on hand, one of the school provided ones.
The powers that be, likely taking mercy on Tarquinn Wiley for a few seconds, had opted for Frank to instead get partnered up with Ezra Cooper , fellow friendly face and photography club member. Between Frank's antics and Ezra's personality, they had very nearly become a hot commodity for the incoming freshmen.
"Ezra my buddyyyyyy!" Frank called, waving her arms in the air. "You gotta shake it like you just don't care! C'mon, put the camera down for a sec and shake your groove thing! I'll even pick mine up!" Frank held her camera up for a moment, giving a little shake while she held it. It was fairly debatable whether they'd actually given Frank a camera that, well, worked, all things considered.

Being one of the official photographers for the move-in week had not been too high on Ezra's list of things to do during freshmen orientation but he was still there, wide smile on his face as he clicked away on his camera at everything he thought was important. One of them being Frank Cox being pretty much the embodiment of happiness on steroids in what looked to be an outfit made out of buttons.
Frank Cox was the Lady Gaga of Bellefonte Academy and no one would convince Ezra otherwise.
Her asking him to dance made him wiggle around a little with his hands up in the air but it didn't last too long as he just caught sight of a freshman clutching his folder as his hand turned green for a second.
Turning back to Frank, his grin widened. "You go shake your groove thing, missy. For the both of us." He chuckled before getting an idea. "Hey, stand near that booth over there. Hey kid," he called out to the boy he saw earlier and gave him a little wave. He looked scared out of his wits so Ezra softened his grin. "Do you mind?" He asked with a lift of his camera. "To commemorate your first day."
The kid looked positively green by that point but he reluctantly agreed. "Okay." He gave a stutter. "Stand by Lady Buttons over there." He pointed to Frank with a smile.

Frank might've noticed the slightly green freshman herself had she not been focused on shaking her groove thing. "Awe, but it's more fun when there's more---" Frank began, only to then notice the green little freshie. Frank grinned wide at him. "You can totes trust Ezra! He's the super nice one!" She said in an awful stage whisper, adding another wink.
The kid looked greener, but he accepted, which had Frank letting out a whoop, thrusting her hands triumphantly into the air and actually doing a little dance of victory. The kid was soon heading her way and she focused the full beam of that smile on him. "You heard the man!" she said, reaching out with one arm and snatching the kid. "Come here and get your picture taken with Lady Buttons," Frank then tossed her hair and leaned over to give the kid a kiss on the cheek. "And stop worrying! Most of the people here are super cool. Just check us out!"
Frank then waved a hand between herself and Ezra, finger extended to indicate both of them in each sweep. And she grinned all the wider, jerking the new less green and more red freshman into a hug while he gave an actual smile in Ezra's direction.

Ezra chuckled at Frank's way of reassuring the kid. The kiss probably just made it a lot worst. At least he wasn't running away or puking. Ezra saw that as a good sign.
He took a few pictures while Frank subdued the kid, managing to capture the different colours the kid turned into. When they finally posed for him, he did the count down, making sure he positioned the flash so it won't blast his subjects.
"Very nice. Take a pamphlet. If you're interested in joining photography club. I'm Ezra, she's Frank. Welcome to Bellefonte!" He grinned widely and waved a pamphlet in the kid's direction. He took it hesitantly before giving Frank a shy look before running off.

Yep, no puking. Frank managed to prattle too, helping to alleviate some of the kid's nerves from both being at the new school and being fairly close to a vibrant young woman. Frank paused for the countdown, pasting her best smile on her face, adding a quick tickle to make sure that her new friend was smiling. Then Ezra had to go all pro on them.
"Yeah, you should toes join if cameras are you thing!" Frank said. "Or if you like people taking your picture. And if you don't, there's totes other clubs too! And I'm in allllll of them!" Frank ran her fingers over her buttons, causing the kid to laugh again. There was that shy look and that hesitant grab before he headed off. Frank put her hands on her hips.
"Damn skippy," Frank replied, nodding. "It's 'cuz I'm super awesome and likable. Plus, I got all this," Frank ran her hands down her sides and did a little shimmy, soon followed by a giggle and a turn toward Ezra. "So, on to the next victim? Oooh, wait, shiny!" Frank was then staring into the camera, apparently distracted by a flash on the lens, even taking a few swipes at it.

Ezra chuckled at Frank's display of confidence, covering his face in mock embarrassment when she started shimmying in front of him. "Frank." He whined, followed by laughter.
When she got distracted by the lens, Ezra pulled his camera away and wrapped his arms around the other girl's shoulders. "Come on, Frankie. We've got work to do." He steered her back to their booth.

The whining just made Frank giggle. "It's cool, I totes know that you're not into this jelly," she said, adding another little hip shake as she strode forward. There was that bit about following the lens for a moment, which got Ezra to trap her. That caused Frank to let out a noise that was sort of like what the raptors in that one movie (oh yeah, Minions!) did.
"Aww, we gotta go back to the booth? Why do we even have a booth anyway?" Because Elsa Bellefonte was still in charge of things and had been very insistent on having a fixed point for Frank to orbit around after what happened on that first day. "You fill one fountain with bubbles and light them on fire while singing 'Cheerleader' and people get so upset!" Frank said, adding a sigh.
She flung her arm around Ezra, then leaned in. "So, why don't you want this jelly again? Is it 'cuz I sexually intimidate you? Or are you, like already claimed? 'cuz if it's that, you should totes be sharing, yo. Well, not, like, the girl, though I might be into that, but, like, you should be letting me know. Then I can update my fanfiction."

Ezra chuckled and shook his head. He would have contested to that remark but to feed Frank's happy ego would be a very bad thing. Especially because they were stuck together for a whole day.
"Well yeah! Singing that song, of course it got people upset." He pointed out jokingly. Frank did have a tendency to do the most insane shit in school. She was lucky she was so loaded. If Ezra pulled that kind of crap on school grounds, he would have been out on the streets in an instant.
He turned to Frank when she asked him her question. "Sexually intimidate? Frank, you intimidate me as a whole." He laughed, gesturing to her whole being. Jokingly of course. Frank was as harmless as a...well she wasn't exactly harmless.
"And no, I'm not sharing you with anyone I like thank you very much. You'd probably just end up stealing them from me, you seductress."

Frank stuck her tongue out at her friend. "That song is genius and you know it. Plus, I was totally singing the cool version done by all those hot people that sing without music and stuff instead of the slightly more lame version done by the one guy who nobody's heard of and stuff," because of course they were totally different, a fact that Frank would've adamantly argued till she'd turned blue in the face and likely a good deal beyond.
Unlike Ezra's next comment: "I am intimidating," she admitted, bobbing her head. "But that's totes not what I meant about the sharing thing. I gotta know so I can update the fics! Actually, I think I'm kinda behind 'cuz now there are, like, new people around since I did the fics and stuff but people haven't really been asking but I'm totally not gonna get side-tracked."
Frank took a deep breath, sucking it all in, chest ballooning for several seconds. She let it out in a huff before pivoting to face Ezra. "Soooo," she poked him, "spill. You got a lovely lady love? Or a hunky dude? I keep losing track of who does what around here."

"It's not." Ezra shook his head before patting Frank on her head. She can have her opinions on the genius of the lyrics that talked about sexy girls. He was going to stick to his beloved songs about beautiful days and feeling good and when he can see people again.
He nodded along with Frank's statement about her being intimidating. In the meantime, he continued to snap pictures of people passing by. The mention of her fics had Ezra chuckling. The poking made him veer away from the blonde with a light laugh before scratching the back of his head in a sheepish manner.
He did have a lovely lady love now didn't he? It was a little touch and go there but Alex finally knew how he felt and surprise surprise, she felt the same way about him.

Under normal circumstance, Frank might've started ranting about the glories of the Top 40. Ezra had no doubt born the brunt of one of these rants before now: Frank wasn't exactly shy or subtle or something along those lines. She'd even started now, insisting that Ezra was wrong no matter how much patting he did, but if there was one thing Frank was, it was easy to distract. Just Ezra taking photos would've been enough to pull Frank's attention away from just about any conversation, but when you added in the laughter and the actual spilling:
Frank was super focused. Focused to the nth power. Focused to the max, yo. And Frank stared at Ezra as he started, only to let out a squeal. Actually, squeal wasn't quite right. She'd started letting out a high pitched noise of glee that only got more high pitched and gleeful as she went. there was some stomping, and of course some hitting of Ezra, and it all cresendoed into a "Yess" that was probably heard in space.
And Frank threw her arms around Ezra and worked at wrapping him in a tight hug. If she could, she'd probably lift him around and do the little spinning thing too.

Ezra felt powerless when Frank started to get a seizure. And then she started hitting him and then issued a long and loud bleat and suddenly she was hugging him.
People around were looking on as he tried to save his camera from being smushed. For such a tiny person, she had the strength of an ox and Ezra could feel the squeeze, quite a bit.
"Frank! Can't...breathe." He pretended to squeak. Although he was genuinely pleased that someone was happy for him and Alex. He didn't know anybody would even care.
Post by Frank "Sunny" Laffont on Sept 25, 2015 23:51:28 GMT -6
Frank heard the squeak, but she just leaned forward and, in a voice generally reserved for demonic beings: "YOU DON'T NEED TO BREATHE!" She gave him another few wiggles and almost danced while holding her friend. Though while Frank's enthusiasm might be nearly boundless, the same could not be said for her upper body strength.
So she had to lower him slowly, letting out a breath as she did so. one more squeeze and she pulled back, though still keeping a grip on him. "That is just so awesome! She's totally a little sweetie and you're super awesome so I'm betting you two will just be super cute together and it's just!" Frank did a little dance and let out another squeal that threatened to nearly pierce eardrums. When someone nearby gave her a look, she responded with the whole two fingers pointed threateningly.
"Don't you mess with us, yo!" Frank said. "I'm celebrating my bud's relationship with a total jailbait hottie," Frank was starting to point the fingers back and forth and looked about to start what she likely thought would be a semi-comic chest bumping contest with the guy.

Frank's compliments made him laugh as he relented and danced with the blonde. He wasn't aware of the person staring at them until Frank yelled at them and called Alex jailbait.
"Hey whoa come on. Don't call my girlfriend that!" Ezra scolded Frank, adding a little forced laughter at the back. "Your face is jailbait." He stuck his tongue out, mature as ever.

Frank heard the scolding and looked back to Ezra. She immediately stuck her tongue out at him, which was essentially a defense mechanism at this point. The next bit had her giggling, first at the word, then at his sticking his tongue back out at her. Naturally Frank had to retaliate again, before moving on:
"She toes has that look though! It's all ,like, she looks like she should be super illegal, with her being like," She held her hand out a level a good head shorter than Alex's height, "that tall and all big anime eyes and stuff. I totes ran into her on the boat thing and I think we bonded and talked about heraldry, you know, like two awesome bikini clad babes do," Frank added a slight bob of her head, not seeing a flaw in this logic at all. "And, like, I mentioned that, but that was before she had you, obviously, 'cuz she was all 'no, I don't got a boyfriend' and I was all 'girl, you should totes get yourself a sugar daddy.'"
Frank paused and looked Ezra over. She reached out and held his shoulder, nodding. "You're much better for her than a sugar daddy though."
