Vera chuckled, "Great idea." Not to go with the whole blonde stereotype but Vera had to agree. It seemed as if most of the blondes she knew from BA were completely insane, stuck up, or down right stupid. Then there were the collect few that didn't fit into any of those. They were probably the lucky ones.
She released any telekinetic holds on the wires, which seemed to do just fine on their own. After standing up straight, she turned to look at Elsa. There was silence there for a second, Vera figured there was probably something else Elsa needed help which. Which she wouldn't mind getting done. Vera didn't really like the idea of Elsa having to do everything herself anyway but apparently she seemed okay with it.
Then Roxana's name came up. Her brows furrowed a bit, only because Elsa hardly ever brought the girl's name up... unless it had to do with work or the Student Council. "Rox? Uh yeah, last we talked when I needed her to cover for me while I left for a little trip to New Mexico. Why? Has she been more anti-social than usual?" She chuckled at her joke. Vera hadn't really thought Roxana was that anti-social. Maybe in a different light.

It did seem odd that the blondes of Bellefonte seemed particularly unhinged. Though Elsa had been thinking originally of Frank Cox when she'd made her proclamation, further thought turned up several other names that she definitely wouldn't want anywhere near this particular situation. Probably for the best.
Elsa finished up, staring at the podium. The name had come up now, which meant she had to do something with it, to hear. "I'm just... concerned," Elsa volunteered, pausing for a moment, trying to consider where to take this now that she'd opened up this particular Pandora's Box. "Things have been... rough for her lately. She recently confessed..." Elsa glanced at Vera, suddenly aware of the irony here, "confessed feelings for me, and I believe for Ellen too. I'm worried that there's something... at work there," Elsa reached for the podium, wondering if she wasn't talking on multiple layers here. Did she wonder if there wasn't something at work with her own feelings? For this girl?
No, no, she was just expressing worry for one friend to another. That the situations had eerie parallels meant nothing.

"Concerned?" Repeating, as a brow raised. Now she was curious.
Since when was Elsa concerned... about Rox? Taking a deep breath, she scratched at her cheekbone. Did she even want to know? A part of her did but the other part figured whatever had to deal with Rox and Elsa at the same time couldn't possibly-
Shaking her head- Yes, Vera shook her head. She raised a finger and shook her head. "OH no, no... no no." Laughing, Vera wasn't going to sit there and believe there was some kind of love connection with Rox, Elsa, and Ellen. "At work?" Her eyes focused in on Elsa, "At work? You're telling me Rox having feelings for you and Ellen makes you think that there's something at work there? Sorry if I sound like a true non-believer... but I am. No offense but maybe Rox was just joking? A light humor to the humorless life she lives? I don't know..."
"And you and Ellen aren't exactly the most... obtainable pair of chicks at B.A. and I'm pretty sure if Rox was smart, which she is, she would know that." The telekinetic raised her hands, "And who the fuck would have feelings for Ellen? Ellen out of all people? I mean, you're cool but Ellen?" Scoffing, she chuckled. "Yeah, no." There were mixed feelings in there, for Vera's on personal reasons but maybe this wasn't something she wanted to stay and listen to.

Yes, concerned. And Vera was now laughing. Elsa had to sigh, looking toward the sky. If the circumstances were reversed, she would've probably reacted in the exact same way. When Vera looked back at Elsa, however, she'd see that the Bellefonte's face was completely serious and impassive. Elsa had to raise her brows slightly at the idea of Roxana joking.
The next bit did make a bit more sense, though the bit about having feelings for Ellen had to make Elsa laugh slightly. "It's true," she replied. "I'm a mind reader, remember? And it comes up with about every other conversation Roxana and I have," she took a deep breath, letting it out slowly. "It happens. You get close to someone, get attached to them, and if you happen to swing that way. If you're demisexual or something along those lines..." Elsa trailed off, looking at Vera for a moment. Only a moment before looking away, because, well, the statement hit far too close to home.
"But I'm concerned. She's, she chose poorly with who to attach herself too. I know what it's like to feel that way about someone and know nothing can happen, but I've a lot more experience at it than Rox..." she trailed off, not sure what else to say or do. She still wasn't certain Vera even believed her and, well, Elsa didn't know how else to make Vera understand, really.

Okay so the serious face was there, and it was looking straight at Vera. God she hated that. Why was it that when Vera wanted something to end up being not so serious, it was? The situation with Roxana and Elsa was kind of new to the telekinetic. She saw them all as classmates, student council members... something like work buddies... if you'd call it that. Sure there was friendship in there as well but this, this was different.
"Right, mind reader." Her expression screamed. 'Of course'. Gesturing towards Elsa, because how could she forget? Vera often had to remind herself to watch what she "thought" around Elsa... which seemed way more difficult than one would think.
While Vera listened and her eyes never left Elsa, she understood one-hundred percent, completely. She understood what Elsa was telling her but she just didn't get it. "You think?" She added after Elsa admitted to Roxana choosing poorly. "No offense, I'm sure you are probably the most amazing girlfriend behind that trademark death stare of yours, and even Ellen... behind all of that bullshit she suffocates herself with; but if what you're telling me is true, Rox is clearly going through some things. So now I can see why you're concerned."
"I think we all know how that feeling." She then glanced around the fair environment before finding her attention back to Elsa. Her arms dropped to her sides as she shrugged, "I mean, I don't know what I can do about it. Me and Rox don't talk on that... level, and honestly, this is none of my business and I kinda want it to stay that way." The situation itself, was weird. While Rox may have been closer to Ellen than Vera (thank god), Vera had unexplained feelings for Elsa that kind of got exploded in the whole loop of a mess with Riley. Not to mention she couldn't see Roxana crushing on... anyone, let alone Elsa and Ellen.
