Oh yes, innuendo, the classy way to say "I wanna sleep with you" that had been used for ages. Though it seemed as though the tongue was a bit unnecessary and doing unnecessary things to bits of Rob's anatomy that couldn't currently come out and play. Didn't make him stop smiling.
"Well, actually," he said, before leaning in. As he did, however, he got a glimpse at the time. Rob shifted slightly, looking up at the clock in the pool. Yes, there was one, and yes, it looked accurate. "Well, that's--" Rob said, before sighing and looking back to Rachel. "Let's not wait for rain, but it's going to have to be another day. I've appointments that I can't miss,' he rolled his eyes, "admissions nonsense, transferring and all that bullocks."
Rob waved a hand for a bit, giving Rachel a slightly sympathetic look. Then, without any other warning, her grabbed her by the hips, jerked her in, and moved to kiss her hard.

Wait, what? Appointments? She laughed. "How long did you think our play was going to last?" She giggled again and shook her head. "I'm discouraged now." Seriously, she'd been expecting some long time in those waters and here he was pushing her away. She shook her head. Another day. "We'll see if I'm available." She answered with a shrug, "Us princesses are always VERY busy, even those hidden in tall towers." Besides, she didn't want to give him much hope, not if he preferred being a good boy instead of hanging with her. How disappointing.
"Well, I better-mmnnfh!" He didn't let her finish, since he suddenly grabbed her and kissed her. And she melted. She really melted. Well, not really, but almost. Rachel got into the kiss, a sound escaping from the back of her throat as her arms found their way around his shoulders to pull him closer. Wow. That was the only thing she could think of. Wow.
She parted from him, breathing heavily and groaning, wanting to push him into the nearest shower and just finish what they'd started. Ah, but he had appointments. That was sad. Maybe she could find someone else outside who could scratch that itch he'd caused on her.
"So unfair." She whispered, shaking her head. He really was, working her up and leaving her there. It didn't seem fair.
"Not good at keeping track of time," Rob admitted, shrugging, "and some things are worth being late for," though with that same logic, he could've waited and simply gone off with Rachel again. There was the simple fact that Rob had a bit of superstition to him. If things had gone poorly here, they may again. Best to wait till everything had aligned once more.
Besides, there was always that old adage: leave them wanting more.
And that kiss definitely left Rob wanting more. "No lying or flirting here," he told her flatly, his lips near her ears, "I want you to remember me, so that you'll actually be willing to come along for a second go," he gave her another kiss on the side, just at jawline before backing up.
"So, does that mean the fair princess is willing to see the horrible minstrel again?" he asked, arching his brows and pointing at himself, still moving backward as he headed for the door.

"Mhm." She replied in disbelief. Rachel'd been thinking this guy had just been playing her and truly was planing to just go ahead with her life, willing to never give it a second thought. This was how it worked, right? A good make out session, nothing more. That was exactly how it was going to be. Then why was she melting now? Why was she closing her eyes and already panting again, feeling turned on all over just by him holding her close and whispering to her ear? No lies. He wanted her to remember. She grinned widely, thinking she would. Hard to forget a kiss like that.
"I will." She said in a whisper, closing her eyes as he kissed her jaw. Oh, so cruel. She now was thinking maybe someone else wouldn't be able to touch her like this. It wouldn't be the same. Not that she wasn't going to try anyway. It just wouldn't be Rob and his sweet words. Damn minstrel. He had such a gift with words, it was difficult even for someone as casual as Rachel to not fall even a little for all the lies.
Was she willing? She laughed lightly, taking a step forward as he walked backwards. "Let's say the fair princess is willing to consider it." She said and then shrugged, "Just make some time for it next time, sir Rob. I'm not so patient as to be refused twice by the same man." Or once, but he'd managed to make an impression already.
She put her shoes on, the ones left outside the pool, and she grinned at him ."I'll see you around, sir Rob. Can't wait." She winked at him and blew a kiss his way playfully. Well, that was a promise for some good time later. Now to find someone to care for the current itch. Damn minstrel.
I will. Sealed with something of a kiss. Rob had a good feeling that he'd end up with another round for her. They hadn't exchanged information or anything, but Rob wanted to leave some things up to Fate. It had worked well enough for them one time, it was sure to work well for them another.
"I'll have nothing but time," Rob promised, moving to give her a bow. During said bow, he pushed the door with his bum, edging it open and backing out into it. "And this is less refusal and more 'curse you damn clock,'" He shook a fist at said clock for emphasis.
There was a blown kiss, and Rob was grinning again. He held the door, watched her leave, and then headed off, unfortunately in the other direction. He hummed all the while, a tune about a merry princess who couldn't get what she wanted on the first try.
