Rylee and Charity
So you've seen her app. Rylee is ridicuously shy, and tends to use comic books as a get away. I think it would be super sweet if her and charity develop a kind of friend shio that brings rylee out of her shell. Maybe charity can be the one rylee goes to when she feels over loaded or is struggling

Charity's definitely willing to work with Rylee and all. She usually ends up with the younger students as trainees, since she's a trainer and her personality and style seems to work best with that crowd. But Charity has been known to take some students under her wing and all (see LDR and Jace for examples), so there's definitely potential there. A training session's probably the best route if you wanted to work through an introduction. If you wanted them to already know each other, then having Rylee approach Charity could work out just fine.
I've updated most of my roster for the revamp, and I'll be hitting people's plot pages soon.
Tim, Charity, and Kyle are still on hold for the moment while I finish up figuring out some details with some of my RP partners. I'll still work on some plots with them based on the partials, but I'm reserving doing anything with them for the moment.
