She rolled onto her side as she managed to spit enough dirt out of her mouth but as for her eyes, the dirt had pretty much gotten out but it didn't change the fact that her eyes were now watery, stinging, and now trying to focus. Everything about this situation sucked. This jackass wouldn't leave her alone and every time Vera felt the need to walk away, she also fought herself to not turn into something she'd regret later on. She held herself up with her arms as she looked up at the terrakinetic.
Vera narrowed her eyes, "Clearly... clearly! Clearly, you fucking bitch. It's clear as fuckin' day that I didn't want to fight you in the fucking first place! Of course, I give up!" What the hell was wrong with her? Was she mentally incapable of understanding when someone didn't want to play her damn game of dirt tag. Vera was using this camping trip as a means of clearing her mind and relaxing so that she could hopefully surpass the bullshit and nightmares that were going on with her. The telekinetic was currently unstable mentally and power wise, she was also exhausted physically. There was nothing about her that screamed that she wanted to fight anyone and especially not when she was currently only running off of three hours of sleep.
Now she was almost dirty enough to look like the dirt gnome. Vera was more than upset now and she could feel her TK flare up but tried her best to calm down and take deep breaths. She was starting to get a headache. "Are you gonna leave me alone now?"

Demi grinned wide, clearly enjoying every second of the older girl's suffering. Okay, maybe not so much the suffering as the fact that Demi had quite clearly beaten one of the older students at the Academy. Now who was the badass, huh? Demi was tempted to kick the older girl a few more times. nothing major, not break anything, but rough her up and make her realize just who she'd been messing with.
Though Demi didn't buy the whole not wanting to fight in the first place as an excuse. Then again, Demi pretty well always wanted to fight, so the thought that someone might not still sounded off to her.
"I dunno," said Demi, shrugging, "been a while since I've had someone stuck. Well, I did get some people in my traps and stuff, but this is different,' Demi knelt down, studying Vera. Oh, the other girl had so much dirt on her. That would make it even easier. "You know I could just shift some dust or something and suffocate you, right? I'm probably not gonna, because it would be a waste of time, but I so could.' Demi smirked then, the enjoyment clearly only growing for the young girl.

Would it be too over the top to spit in the girl's face? Would it? Vera was sure it wouldn't have mattered seeing how dirty the girl already was. The fact that she had the nerve to stand over her and grin in her face was pissing her off way more than- Wait. Vera furrowed her brows, "You were trapping people? Why?" Had she been trapping other people as in, the other students? So that would mean that Vera wasn't the only one getting picked on? Not that it made her feel any better but it just answered the simple question she asked herself over and over again throughout this whole situation; That this girl was out of her fucking mind.
Vera studied the girl's face as she shook her head, "I wouldn't put it past you to be honest." She just wanted to remember the girl's face just in case she was dealing with another student from the Academy. Not because she wanted to snitch or something, oh no. When Vera was back in her right mind, she was going to smear the walls with her. "Besides it would be boring to kill me so soon, seeing how I'd take no hesitation in blowing your head straight off your neck. I'm sure you have more people you want to torment before your last day on this earth." She pushed herself up enough until she was sitting on her butt, trying to brush herself off.
"Now get away from me." She growled. She wasn't someone who would threaten another person's life so easily unless her own life was being threatened. Vera was sure she looked like a punk ass on the ground with a dirt ball of a midget hovering over her like that. Which was just fine, she was okay with taking a punch or two at her ego but what she wasn't going to do was handle the situation foolishly when she knew she wasn't in her right state of mind.
It was clear that neither was the person in front of her.

"Uh, because it's fun?" said Demi, adding a snort. This whole thing was actually some of the most fun Demi had had since she'd been torn away from her family and shipped off to live at a school for softhearted and softheaded morons. She kept her attention on Vera though, even as Demi's smirk deepened.
Ha, Vera totally believed that Demi would go for her. Because she would, obviously. Demi practically swelled at that, and she barked a laugh at the comment about blowing her head up. "You so wouldn't," said Demi, grinning, "because then they'd arrest you or throw you in some kinda hole or something. But it's cool," Demi actually stepped back and still looked at Vera. Yeah, she'd beaten the other girl, but Vera hadn't stopped being all confident and stuff, and Demi could certainly appreciate that. Put Vera head and shoulders above most of the idiots at this school, that much was most definitely certain.
Though the order made Demi chuckle again. "Yeah, because you're totally the one in charge here. Didja forget who's on the ground here? but whatever, I won. You're also probably gonna, like, stalk me or something at the Academy, right?" Demi grinned. "Looking forward to it," she wiggled a few fingers before stepping back, ready to melt into the woods again. After all, there were still victims roaming about.
