"Yeah, but the goal is to not die at all, right?" Trevor continued his slow progress along the wall. "I mean, I know I'm okay, I'll probably survive, but I'm worried about you. I don't know if you've got 'final girl' material." Yes he was still talking about movies. Why? The distraction kept them both from thinking too much and going apeshit.
"They knew what they were doing." Trevor confirmed with a nod. "I didn't see or hear anyone so they were either damn good at firing a dart from long range or knew where we were." He sighed a little and shook his head. "How much you wanna bet our flat wasn't coincidence?" Piece by piece Trevor was putting it together.
"When I woke up and wasn't chained to the wall that was my first guess." Trevor spoke quietly. "I mean who else would do something like this except the boogeymen?" He wouldn't say the name, though, as if it remained some sort of curse word. "What the hell they want with us, I don't know." Although his mind had wandered to some pretty rough ideas.

''Not dying. Got it. I'll do my best,'' she fired back with a faint, less humored chuckle. No, Erika had absolutely no plans of dying. She was too young and had too much left to do before she'd kick the bucket. So, unless they ambushed her, they would have to put her down kicking and screaming.
Erika stayed silent as she picked up the amount of information Trevor was handing her. And as her brain managed to slowly process it, another faint memory seemed to rise from the dark abyss. ''There was a man,'' she began a little uncertain, ''At Cool Beans,'' she added, ''I didn't give it much thought, but he was kind of creeping us up - or it looked like he did, anyways.'' That was what had her so distracted until Frank decided to bring up the taboo subject.
''I have a few ideas...'' she muttered, though she didn't elaborate. From the things she had understood from her grandfather, SPECTRE didn't exactly like playing it nice, ''Okay. We need to find Frank and Solkat.'' They had to be here. They had to find them. Quickly.

"A man." Trevor repeated aloud. "That must have been it." He grumbled in frustration, not to Erika, but to their faceless captors. "We were being followed." The sudden realization that someone had already predicted disaster when such an idea was presented dawn on Trevor. "Goddammit." He muttered to himself. She was right. He didn't listen and now here they were. He should have said something. Tried to convince Frank it was a bad idea. Tried to talk the spastic girl out of it.
Erika's voice in the darkness snapped Trevor back from beating himself up over getting everyone mired in this hell hole. "Yeah, I guess we can erase the notion that SPECTRE's going to be on the level." But there were more pressing matters at hand. "Frank!" Trevor's voice was still hoarse but he was feeling well enough to get a little volume behind it. Hopefully the sound would awaken the spastic girl if she was still out somewhere in the room. "Solkat!" He didn't expect either of them to be in the room but without being able to see he figured it was worth a shot.

Being knocked unconscious was probably what Frank desperately needed. She'd now gotten more rest and "sleep" in the past few hours than she'd literally gotten in weeks. Which would have been helpful for her whole mental condition... if she hadn't also not been eating or consuming anything for those several hours. One muffin and a sugary, caffeinated drink was not enough to keep Frank upright and moving forward, especially not now, considering that her super fast metabolism had chewed through it. Said metabolism would also have done a number on the various drugs either, had her body not effectively shut down for the rest.
The voice punctured through a sort of hazy, not quite dream that Frank had been struggling through. Trevor's power tugged at Frank, and seeing as she was fairly susceptible to such things. She woke slowly, her mouth filled with cotton and her head throbbing to the extent that it felt like her eyes were about to leave her skull in protest. Frank groaned and moved slowly, and found that her hands and legs had been apparently chained together with plastic or something. Frank squirmed for only a few moments before lazily dragging her arms up, immediately biting through the link between her hands. It gave, and Frank's arms were released. Her legs would be a little harder, and she was on that before she realized that people were probably around.
"People!" Frank called, chirping. She twisted and looked, trying to figure out where she was. Vision was not coming quickly to her, and it was hard to see through the rumbling in her tumbly. "Who is arrrrrrounnnd!? Hey, did we get caught or something. This suuuuuuuucks.... I'm soooooo hungryyyyyy."

Solkat awoke slowly though she stayed still. She desperately needed this all to be a dream. She was afraid of what opening her eyes or even moving might shatter that illusion. When i wake Aurora will be there... she said to herself though she knew from the floor and smell this was not her room. Maybe this was all a dream, the mutant stuff, sprectre all of it. It was all wildly hard to believe anyway. SHe felt drowsy like it was a dream after all.
Then she heard Trevor and for some reason the urge to open her eyes became more prominent. Opening them told her nothing, but her nose told her the others were not to far off. Her hands were bound, but not tight enough that she could not get them under her. As she climbed to her feet she felt her claws scrape against something hard beneath them. She looked around as if she might see something still not wanting to accept what had happened to them.
"Are we...going to be ok?" she asked as the information fled back into her mid she felt herself on the verge on panic. The man grabbing Frank and then the one man grabbing at her from behind and terrifying moments before she somehow fell asleep. "They were right, i really really should have stayed at the school" she said her voice almost on the edge of panic, her clawed feet making a but of noise, more a result of her looking around for the others so she would not feel quite alone. {are....are we...all um here?"[/color] she asked her voice trembeling unable to recall if she ahd heard all of the others.

"Frank? Solkat?" Trevor's voice cut through the darkness as he crept along the wall with Erika still clutching to his jacket. "Hey, stay calm, alright?" He tried his hardest to keep his voice from cracking in fear. Hearing the near panic in the girl's voices threatened to raise his own fright that he'd been struggling to keep down. Fear never lent itself well to making decisions. He had to stay calm for the others. "How're you doing?" He asked Erika quietly after taking a moment to steel himself.
Cautiously Trevor continued his expedition in the dark, trying desperately to find a way out. Occasionally his hands caught something that may have been a window or a fixture at some point, but he never found anything except cold brick and stone. Just have to keep going. He told himself. Eventually we'll find the door and get out of here. But progress was slow. Even with the wall to one side he only allowed himself to inch forward out of fear of stepping on something, or someone.
"Hey, I think I-" He thought his groping hand had found a door and he reached for it eagerly. He didn't know what it was but something sharp jutted out against the wall and caught the soft flesh of his palm and opened a deep gash. "Fuck!" He cursed while sucking air in through his teeth. He could already feel the warm trickle of blood running through his fingers. Another curse escaped his clenched jaw as he gripped his wounded hand with the free one. "Goddammitt." He mumbled. "Sorry, sorry." He was more worried he'd simultaneously given false hope or alarmed the girls than the blood that had started patting against the stone floor in a steady rhythm.

At the sound of Frank and Solkat's voices, Erika could feel the relief wash over her. Instinctively, she wanted to move towards them. Heck, she even wanted to hug Frank halfway to death, but the darkness made finding them a little harder. ''I'm okay,'' Erika whispered back, sending waves of her ability coursing through the room, trying to locate the other two girls. She sent small enough waves of telekinetic energy for her to remain standing without causing too much exhaustion on her body, but large enough to pick up the general surface of the flooring.
Trevor's outburst had her flinching, though she didn't let go off his jacket. She was just about to answer him as her ability picked up on movement to their right; ''I found Frank,'' she quickly said as she moved her hand from Trevor's jacket to his arm. Moving forward, she pulled him along as she walked towards the general area she had located the girl; Solkat didn't seem to be too far away either.
Erika almost fell over the other girl, but she quickly regained her balance and dropped to her knees, ''Frank?'' Wrapping her arms around the blonde's shoulders, Erika sighed. ''Solkat, can you move towards my voice?''

Frank continued to squirm about on the floor, mostly attempting to get her leg up to her mouth, which was proving to be quite difficult for some reason. She eventually had the brilliant idea of just trying to raise one leg up instead of both. She couldn't see very well, but Frank could at least still feel, and feeling meant that she could at least get a general idea. Frank could hear Solkat panicking, but her mouth was filled with plastic tag and foot, so her attempt at soothing the girl was mostly smothered (even Frank's knack for talking with her mouth filled only went so far). Soon enough, Frank had chewed through enough of her binding to get it loose.
She was already bounding to her feet, only to find herself wobbly and woozy, more from lack of food than from the drugs. She could hear Trevor calling to them too, trying to get them to stay calm. "You would say that," she said, her voice only a little warbly, "since you're totally a badass gangster and---ooh, I don't feel so good," she started to wobble even as she heard Trevor let out a cry of pain or something. She walked a few steps forward, attempting to balance herself. Frank giggled at the silliness of teetering about like this, thrusting her arms out to perfect her balance. It worked, more or less, and Frank soon found herself standing upright.
This position made it easy for Erika to snag her, and as soon as Frank figured out where the other girl was, she practically koala-hugged her friend. Erika would soon find herself in a tight hug, with Frank even nuzzling for a bit. "We're all okay!" she chirped, nodding. She thought she felt arms going around her shoulders. "They're probably gonna hold us all for ransom or something, since we're worth all this money and--ooooh, Solkat's not! You should say you're my cousin or something. Oh, oh, you could be me and I could be you and we could totally fool them that way. They'll think you're a super rich girl and so they won't do anything even if you look---up, Frank's going down," and Frank's legs gave way almost suddenly, causing the bubbly girl to hit the floor hard, losing all her air. She could've sworn she saw stars, and couldn't shake this feeling that she might be starving or something. She could feel her energy crashing, but Frank just knew she couldn't give in. Trevor had yelped and was totally pessimistic, if totally awesome; Erika might be cool, but Solkat, Solkat would need her. They all would need Frank to be herself, and she could totally manage. Maybe she could just eat her shoe or something...

Solkat had considered screaming but she was pretty sure it would do them little good. Move toward the voice? She tried and found it easy, once she took a few deep breaths and tried. Her ears twitched to better find the sound of the voices. She could hear nothing other then the four of them. She began moving toward them in that direction, her walk slow as she figured they would all be ambushed or die horribly soon. SHe had an awful picture of being strangled with one of her friends still dripping entrails and another about being stabbed in the eye with her own rib bone. SHe shook her head and decided if they somehow lived through this, she was seriously going to stop watching anime.
Solkat had no idea if claiming to be Franks relative was wise. She lacked the energy to consider explaining to Frank the various holes in her theory. Though the more she considered it they were still alive and that she convinced herself was a positive thing. "We are still alive, but i feel more like a cow to market" she said shaking her head despite nobody being able to see it. "DO you think Spectre will try and eat us?" she said able to picture herself served like a turkey.
Her mind was going way darker then she liked, but the light of hope seemed as dark as the room. Following her nose and ears she managed to find the others ok. "Hey Frank can you eat the door knob....if their is one or the walls?" she asked hopefully not knowing the other twos powers well enough to ask.
"My powers won;t help us much here, how about you guys?" she said not believing her powers would help much of anywhere, they certainly had not helped her get away, the one thing a skunk was suppose to able to do. She also figured if the other two could get them out of there they likely would have already.
A worse thought dropped in the pit of her stomach. She might not see Aurora again and though their relationship was brief this was totally not how she wanted it to end. She was now very glad she had not asked her friend to go though that had been more Frank and maybe the other side as the more people the harder it would be. "People will be looking for us" she said trying to sounc convinced but she was pretty sure her voice cracking betrayed her true fear, they were completely doomed.

"Everyone, calm down." Trevor spoke calmly even as he let his power loose in a wave upon the room where the four of them were locked away. He had to get the situation under control, had to restore order. It was because of him they were all stuck here and he'd be damned if he'd let them fall to pieces. "Solkat, listen to me." His voice was soft, but carried a stern undertone. "No one's going to eat us, no one's going to die here. We're all going to relax, regroup, and find a way out of here. Alright?"
Trevor quickly took stock of the situation. Erika was still a bit groggy, he could tell, but she was none the worse for wear. Solkat had shown a hint of impending panic, but he figured some soothing words, coupled with his power would help put the skunk-girl's mind at east. Frank... she was the tricky one. He wished now that he'd read more about her unique condition. "Frank, how're you holding up?" He asked, kneeling beside Erika as he felt the brunette pull away from him to tend to the collapsed girl. "You hang in there with us, alright?" He said confidently, now letting his power take full hold on whoever it would reach. "We'll figure something out."
